Patrick McNicholas

Patrick McNicholas is a founding partner of McNicholas & McNicholas LLP in Los Angeles and is of counsel to Blackman Legal Group. Since his admission to the bar in 1986, Mr. McNicholas has exclusively represented plaintiffs in complex personal injury cases and class action lawsuits.

Mr. McNicholas was recognized as a Southern California SuperLawyer by Los Angeles Magazine and Law and Politics for four consecutive years, and was named a "Top 100" lawyer by SuperLawyers, also for four consecutive years.

Mr. McNicholas has published scores of articles on trial tactics and other crucial areas of representation.  He has served as an Adjunct Professor in Trial Advocacy at Whittier College School of Law, as well as serving as an Arbitrator, Judge Pro Tem, and Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court.
