A partner in McNicholas & McNicholas LLP in Los Angeles, Matthew McNicholas is of counsel to Blackman Legal Group.  Mr. McNicholas has achieved several multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts on behalf of clients who were seriously injured.

While in law school, Matthew McNicholas belonged to the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Law.  He also externed with California Court of Appeals Justice Richard Aldrich and U.S. District Judge John G. Davies.  After graduation, Mr. McNicholas served as law clerk for the Honorable Judge William J. Rea in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. 

In 2002, Mr. McNicholas was ranked as one of the Top Twenty Lawyers in the State of California Under 40 Years Old by the California Business section of the Los Angeles Daily Journal.  He is a frequent speaker and panelist to the Consumer Attorneys Association of California and other legal organizations.
