Albert G. Stoll, Jr.

Albert Stoll stands up for the rights of individuals who have suffered catastrophic brain and spinal cord injuries in accidents, from nursing home neglect or elder abuse, or from the use of dangerous drugs.  A respected trial head injury lawyer, Mr. Stoll is the founder of Albert G. Stoll, Jr., a law corporation in San Francisco, and serves as of counsel to Blackman Legal Group.

Mr. Stoll has obtained the prestigious "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell's Peer Review Rating system, the highest rating available, denoting preeminent levels of professional excellence in legal ability and ethical standards.  He was also selected as a Northern California Super Lawyer in 2006 and 2007.  Mr. Stoll has tried over fifty civil jury cases through verdict, volunteered as an instructor for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, and is co-author of Plaintiff Lawyers Guide to Minor Impact Cervical and Lumbar Injuries, (Litigation One 2003).

In addition to his many published works and frequent speaking engagements to attorneys, Mr. Stoll has also served as a Judge pro tem in San Francisco Municipal Court.
